Classic Bircher Muesli
There is just something so deliciously addictive about bircher muesli that I just can't get enough of. I like to have this for breakfast topped off with blueberries, chopped almonds and a little drizzle of honey!
Makes- 4 serves Prep- 5 minutes

Ingredients-
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup greek yoghurt
1 green apple grated
1 cup apple juice
1/4 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp maple syrup
Method-
1. Mix oats, yoghurt, grated apple, apple juice and water in a medium sized bowl until combined.
2. Stir through cinnamon and maple syrup and then cover and place in the fridge overnight to allow the oats to soak up moisture and become lovely and soft.
Bircher should keep for about 4 days and if mixture starts to become a bit dry just add a scoop more of yoghurt and a splash of apple juice.
-You can make this in winter and just warm it up a little bit before eating.
