Chocolate Smoothie Bowl
Prep- 5 minutes Serves- 1 person
If you're like me and you LOVE all things sweet then this smoothie bowl is definitely worth a try!
3 frozen bananas
1 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond etc.)
2 tbsp milk
1 pitted date
2 tbsp cacao powder
1. Add bananas, nut butter, milk, date and cacao powder to a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy. (You can add more milk if smoothie is too thick).
2. Scrape down the sides and process once more before spooning mix into a nice serving bowl. Then add your toppings- I used chia seeds, coconut flakes, stewed fruit and my homemade granola.
