Chocolate Caramel Slice
Makes 15

Ingredients-
1 cup SR flour
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup brown sugar
125g melted butter
Filling-
395g can condensed milk
40g butter
3 tbsp golden syrup
1 tbsp honey
Chocolate Topping-
130g dark chocolate
30g butter
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Method-
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Grease and line a 20cm X 30cm lamington pan. Add flour, coconut, brown sugar and melted butter in a bowl and stir until combined. Press mixture into pan and smooth out with the back of a metal spoon then bake for 15 minutes.
3. Prepare filling by combining condensed milk, butter, syrup and honey in a saucepan over low heat. Stir for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
4. Pour filling over hot base and return to the oven for 10 minutes then allow to cool.
5. Combine chocolate and butter in a saucepan and melt over low heat until smooth (or alternatively melt in microwave). Add in the vegetable oil and stir through then spread over the top and set in the fridge.
